2.1 Invitations are exclusive and non-transferable.
2.2 Acceptance of an invitation means you agree to the requirements outlined herein.
2.3 There is no guarantee you will qualify for any tickets at any time, regardless of past attendance or participation.3. Attendance & Spend Tracking
3.1 All events, offers, or benefits may be provided by Inlet, festival partners, or any approved third parties.
3.2 If you accept an invitation, you are required to attend, check in on-site, and provide feedback on your spend.
3.3 You must track your spend and report back to Inlet. Failure to do so will impact your eligibility for future invitations.
3.4 We may request proof of spend at any time. Failure to provide proof will affect your potential to qualify for future events.
3.5 If you do not attend, fail to check in, or neglect to qualify your spend, this will negatively impact your qualification for other invitations.4. Community Standards
4.1 Members must act respectfully and responsibly at all events.
4.2 Any misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or removal from the Inlet community.5. Jurisdiction
5.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Inlet is registered.
5.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.6. Amendments
